Create a product about the size of a pager that runs off 2 AAA batteries that will control a 90 lumen strobe with a timer and also an infrared sensor. Designs must be printable. It is for a kids toy and must be able to pick up motion when on, then set off the strobe for 2 sec, then reset and not set off again for 20 seconds.
