Additional Translations for Mobile App - Spanish

I am looking for a Spanish translator to translate about 50 individual terms and two 'long contents' cells from English into Spanish. Preference will be given to translators for whom the respective language is their mother tongue.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN URGENT REQUIREMENT SO A QUICK TURN-AROUND IS REQUIRED.
Care must be taken to ensure that the translated terms are no longer than the English as much as possible - though a few letters more should be OK - as they have to fit onto a mobile phone screen. NB: the Ovi translation cannot exceed 500 characters.
## Deliverables
Being English-French bi-lingual, I am handling the translation into French. This is an example of what needs to be done:

The enclosed spreadsheet shows all the terms requiring translation. There are **TWO SHEETS** that require translating: **MyCRM** and **LongContent** (NB: you may need to expand the row height in LongContent to see everything). The first round of the terms have been done. But there are blank cells - IN WHITE - that need to be done. Please use the enclosed spreadsheet to translate the terms and send this back once completed.
NB: Cells in blue and red do not need translating. Cells in green have already been done. Please check WHITE cells are all correctly translated.

## Platform
I just want to clarify a point regarding translations and encodings.
These translations will be copied from the spreadsheet into text files for inclusion into the mobile app. These text files can have various encodings such as the default ISO-8859-1, or UTF-8, UTF-16, etc.
So, whatever encoding is used to translate the terms in the spreadsheet must be compatible with the text file encodings.
