Display Current User\'s Checked Out Files and Files With No Initial Check In

I have a custom aspx page in SharePoint that displays the current user\'s files from different libraries that are checked out. The problem with this script is it is also displaying files that have been uploaded but never checked in with a user name SHAREPOINT\\system. This should not display at all. On top of displaying the current user\'s checked out files, I need the script to display files that have been uploaded to multiple libraries but have never been checked in to display along with an icon. The only files that the user should see are their own. This script needs to work only for users with Contributor permissions and above. I have attached 2 files. The first is the script and the second is the expected behavior of the script. In the 2nd attachment the name of the user is omitted in blue.
