Design a Logo

I am starting a new fundraising business which involves helping people and organisations to raise funds. It is a similar business to Fairplay Fundraising ([url removed, login to view])

I need a business logo for this business, something which is creative and portrays the business as 'friendly' and professional. I have been looking online at various designs and I actually came across one from a free logo design site that I really like. I hope you can make some adjustments to that logo and hopefully, if possible, add your own creative touch to the logo.

The logo I have added to the file is the logo I like. However, I do not like the small leaf-shaped patterns above the two hands. I want something like the two hands with the person in the middle, which is joined up by the two thumbs. If you can alter that design slightly to make it more unique then that would be great. However, please make sure you keep the main idea which is two hands joined up by a person in the middle.

As for colours, I want the main theme to be green. Something like the colours in that logo example would be great.

I do not like the font, especially for the 'HYH' as it looks too simple. If you can come up with something more unique, that would be awesome. Please note that I want the 'HYH' to be in capital letters and the 'fundraising solution' to be all small cased.

You may play with the positioning of the logo, so possibly consider the design (the two hands) on the left with 'HYH' and 'fundraising solution' on the right of the logo. Something similar to the logo you can see on fairplayfundraising.co.uk. You may have other ideas, that is just a suggestion.
