write a script or create a tool that searches multiple cloud accounts, google drive, dropbox, plus local hard drive for specific file, wildcards, search by size, etc.
- at this stage no beautiful interface is required, I just like to see if its doable, and create a proof of concept solution, even if its raw code.

I have made a similar program before, I could easily and quickly make one for your needs! This could be done with c++/python/perl among many other languages.
