Build me a 'Dropbox' that uses my Amazon S3 acct...

I absolutely love Dropbox ([url removed, login to view]). The limiting problem for me to really start using dropbox however is that the highest plan they offer is only 100GB, plus I already have my own Amazon S3 acct.

Looking for someone to build my own version that has all the same features as dropbox (Desktop application with 'dropbox folder' that sync with s3, iPhone application so I can see my 'dropbox folder', etc)

The person who I hire for this project would need to currently use and understand how dropbox's service and applications work and be able to recreate a new version (without copying or infringing on any of Dropbox's code, or intellectually property).

I essentially want to use S3 to store all my data and then configure each device to sync some or all of the data locally on the device.

The goal is to 1) have a backup of all my data on S3, and 2) to be able to access any or all of my data from any of my devices.

On certain devices (like my Desktop Mac, I will want most/all of the data/folders to sync), and on my iPhone, only have access to view files/download to device (no local copy kept).

In the end I want to have a application I install on my PC (windows 7), my Mac computers, my iPhone, Android, iPad, etc. On the computers I then choice which folders I want to have synced (fulltime, automatic, two-way syncing). That way I can work on files locally, have then automatically backup to S3, and also be able to either access them fulltime or on demand from my other devices.

I would like to have one user login that uses email and password for all devices , as well as a feature for sharing all/some folders on S3 with other users. Kind of like dropbox's 'share'. I want to be able to share a specific folder or folder AND all the subfolders with specific other users (which we can configure within my S3 acct), and have then be able to have access to these files but I still control master access and can disable access to folder/user if that person leaves my organization (and all the files synced to their device will not be accessible)

I am just throwing out a bunch or 'rough' ideas, please message or contact me before bidding on the project with any question as to the scope of the project
