Hello!
We are glad to announce a contest. We are looking for web-site graphical design and web-site logo.

Website subject:
Sale of apartments (real estate) from the builder (developer) at the Russian Federation South.

About colors:
Website design must be produced in the color scale that is usuall for «Summer South» - sea, sand, sunrise, etc.
We are prefer the light colors. Of course — you can use dark colors for contrast— black, dark blue. But there should be a minimum of them at the design. Just for contrast.

About design:
Website design must be modern, attractive. It should stimulate a site-visitor to stay here longer ;) We are accept photo collages, drawn graphics, iconsets and other (for example, under Creative Commons license).

Website designt must fully fit the subject, it must directly show our work — selling apartments and real estate from developers (also — construction housing) at the Russian south (Black Sea) - Krasnodar, Sochi, Gelendzhik, Anapa, Novorossiysk and other cities.

There is no need to use photos from construction sites at all.

Site conception — multi-pages site, an elongated vertically (5-6 sections for main page). For adaptive html5.

What we are awaiting from winner:
- website design in PSD format;
- Source complect — images, icons, etc that has been used;
- All TrueType fonts, that has been used;
- Separate source file with high definition with website logo (it may be in vector or in PSD too).

Important notes:
- You may use English text at the design, BUT all used fonts must support Cyrillic! (it is very important)

Your budget is too low for 4 to 5pages design as well provide company name so we can create a logo.

  Hello! Thank you for interest! Maybe you have missunderstood us a bit. We do not need 4-5 pages design, we need 1 page separated for 5 sections, for example - news, slider, base information, recently items, etc. Blocks must be assigned vertically. Maybe 2 pages - main page and base template for all internal pages. No need for 4-5.
