Im in need of a single page lead capturing website that is clean and professional with mortgage/ finance graphics. The website needs to be cross platform compatible including mobile devices as well as fast loading. The website will include the lead capture form that I will provide for you. The title of the website will be Personal Mortgage Services.

I would like clickable links on the left for the following:
Mortgage Servies
High Risk Mortgages
Reverse Mortgages
Refinancing
FHA Mortgages
VA Mortgages
I would like to have 4 more choices ad well below these.

In the header I would like space for a phone number and an About Us link.

In the main portion of the page I would like the content to be In the center and the lead capture form on the right side.

In the footer I would like to have a link for Privacy Policy that I will make a page for.

If you feel that you have a better layout then please feel free to take that liberty.

I would like to reiterate that the page needs to be clean and professional looking. We will be needing about 1-2 different webpages per week and would like to choose a company to build a relationship with so that we can award more projects to you.

Im primarily looking for a bootstrap template that I can modify the content of. There isn't a logo, rather just the title as the logo. I will update links to websites that I like as I find them.

You gave precise instruction for navbar and footer, what about the landing page content, your logo, ...? Can you post some link as a example of website you like, or competition (to make better :). Or you are just looking for a Bootstrap template?
