IMPORTANT: We need 2 new logos

What we need
-----------------------
We are looking for a designer that can: Update our old logo and make it more modern AND create a new logo that will look simular.

We are creating a sister company to our old company. We need to update our old logo and a new logo for the sister company. The new logo needs to be visually simular as both logos will show up in many places together next to each other but people must still understand they are different logos.

Company Info

VR World – we are a gaming arcade in Gothenburg and handle all activities within Virtual reality. We host both business companies for after work but also families and friends who wants to play VR.
Our color is a bright blue but we are not scared of implementing a matching color. Our way of speaking is very personal and warm, but also professional. Our logo has to look cool for both private clients and for businesses.
Logo: It still needs to be a planet, but a very simple one and not necessarily with grid lines, and not necessarily round the whole way.

VR Vision -we create apps and solutions in VR for businesses.
Logo: It would be cool with some shape of a very simple cyborg eye but we are open to suggestions. Color is not decided but it needs to match the bright blue color for vr world.

Design
-----------
The design and feel needs to be sharp lines.

These can be found on Google by searching: "logo with clean lines".

We would like the logos to be a single color. Sharp lines. We would like the logos to be in the shape of a ring with the text in the center. If possible, keep the "Old Logo.jpg" almost the same, perhaps just update the "world" background?

The new logo is for the company "VR Vision". Go crazy with creativeness but we would still like the logos to be relevant to one another, so perhaps an "eye" in the logo?

Final Thoughts
------------------------
Both:

- They both need to match each other but doesn’t need to have the same shape.
- We love the font Lost in space regular font For both of our brands.
- The lines needs to be clean and simple.
- The two brands are going to be side to side on the webpage so they need to harmonize with each other.
