We are an online magazine [plus Instagram/Facebook/TikTok pages] of curated content about nervous system training of all kinds. From Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and other ancient disciplines, through top modern disciplines such as Feldenkrais Method, Hanna Somatics, Ido Portal Movement, through 'soft form' Martial Arts such as Systema, Kung Fu... We report on all things "Nervous System Training".

We are looking for a culturally neutral logo, which EVOKES A NATURAL SPORTING NATURE.
