I'm on the lookout for a talented graphic designer who can create a visually stunning and effective flyer for my window washing company. The flyer needs to be bold, eye-catching, and communicate the essence of our brand and services. Here are the must-haves for this project:

1. **Dimensions & Orientation**:
- The flyer should fit on a 4.12" by 6.12" piece of paper.
- It must be vertically oriented.

2. **Content**:
- Incorporate our company name and logo.
- Clearly list the services we offer. Window Cleaning, Power Washing, Solar Panel Cleaning, and Gutter Cleaning.
- Provide our contact information.
- Include a welcoming message to our Kona family, highlighting our continued support and contact method for next services (text or call).
- A call-to-action encouraging referrals with a 15% discount off the next clean.

3. **Design Preferences**:
- The design should be bold and eye-catching, capable of grabbing attention at first glance.
- It should resonate well with our brand's dynamic nature and our commitment to quality.

4. **Format**:
- The final design should be available in both digital and print formats for versatility in distribution.

**Ideal Skills and Experience**:
