Hello Freelancers!

I'm looking for someone to help me design and develop a custom Wordpress portfolio website for a high end home builder. The wordpress template should be responsive, mobile friendly and SEO optimized.

Using the description and details provided below, i'd like bidders to submit a mockup of the homepage as well as a portfolio page for their entry.

All design submissions should be simple, elegant and have nice typography. Here are a couple basic builder portfolio websites to serve as inspiration:

Menu items:

About Us
Portfolio (will need to have page separate page that displays all portfolio items (one pic each), where visitors can select the individual house they'd like to further explore, which is the "portfolio page". For this mockup i only need to see an individual portfolio page)
Services (will need dropdown/subcategories)
Media
News (blog template)

- I'm open to creative ideas but should include the following elements:
1. Emphasize the clients' portfolio images
- Can be done by choosing 2-3 large background images that rotate per visit (ex. http://www.wayneswadron.com/)
- Or find another way to feature 3-5 portfolio items
• ex. Have a section of the home page feature select portfolio items (each with large featured images) - you can draw inspiration from the "homepage grid gallery" found in this wordpress theme as I like how a title appears upon hover - http://themeforest.net/item/camera-7-minimal-photography-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/6347984
• ex. A nice featured slider - i like the "horizontal scroll with blog" homepage found in this wordpress theme - http://themeforest.net/item/camera-7-minimal-photography-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/6347984
• ex. A nice featured slider - http://www.alairhomes.com

2. Include area for a headline (up to two sentences) - location is up to you, but near the top would be preferable
- Mockup can include something like "At Toronto custom homes we offer integrated architecture, interior and garden design services for luxurious city homes, country estates and vacation residences in Canada and abroad."

4. Horizontal optin form in the middle/bottom of the page
- ex. the optin form found on this website - http://customhomebuildersintoronto.ca

5. Footer with widget space for about us, contact us (w/forum) and recently hastagged Instagram images (also should have links to Facebook and twitter)

Portfolio page:
- Should be consistent with design of the home page
- Choose one of the 4 houses and mockup the design
- Here i''m leaving the design open to your interpretation. The only necessity is that the pictures are emphasized and they are easy to navigate.

I can't access the photos in the dropbox link. Is there another way I can use them?

  Remove s from https you will be able to see the image. However the logo image is 10MB large so you have to wait for a while for image to be loaded.
