I am looking for a skilled designer to create an A1 phrase cloud poster using set phrases. The poster should have a neutral and minimalistic color scheme, with some phrases being bigger than others to emphasize their importance.

Skills and experience required for the job include:
- Strong design skills with an eye for minimalistic aesthetics
- Experience in creating phrase cloud posters
- Ability to prioritize and highlight specific phrases to create visual hierarchy

The ideal candidate should be able to interpret the project requirements and use their creative skills to design a visually appealing and impactful poster.

The phrases are as follows (the Asterix are the more important ones)
