  Does the file have to be on 3ds Max or is it allowed to work on Twinmotion program Because it is faster in rendering

     Yes the handover of the model can be in Twinmotion format. Looks like a good tool.

  HI do you want the modeling file as well not only pictures ?
  and the file is getting hard to work with so can i make every room in a different file or u want the full house in one file .

     I need the 3D Model file. And ideally, it will be a 3D model that has everything. The house, all the rooms, the garden, and the perimeter fence.
     
     If it is getting hard to work with, depending on the tool, perhaps you can hide certain rooms or sections temporarily, to work on a room at a time?

  hello, do you need a render for each room or do you just want a  house model to roam around in it without rendering? if you want high quality render for each room it can be achieved better in 3ds studio max but if you only want a solid model with texture and accessories(unrendered)SketchUp is way better for roaming in the environment but sketch ups render quality is  much lower than 3ds max, let me know what suits you best, thanks

     Hi there, the model is going to be used for rendering individual rooms mainly and for roaming, a bit of both. So if you create a SketchUp model that is of course fine.
