I am looking for someone to draw me 40 x caricature drawings in a specific style.

However before I choose who to work with I want to run a competition to see who understands the brief and style of image I am looking for.

Then once winner is selected I will get them to work on the whole project and pay for all 40.

Please see attached example of the photo and caricature in the style I am looking for - black and white, pen stroke, cartoon like, and then use the other photo of the guy with the cap on backwards to draw your own caricature and submit.
