I am the owner of a Real Estate Company and I want to write a book about buying, selling and renting out a house with a VA Loan. I live in Hinesville, GA right next to Ft. Stewart and my target audience are military families. I do want to talk about the VA Loan but more about the whole process and lifecycle of a house. When they buy it with $0 down and all the other perks a VA Loan has and how they can rent it out when they have to PCS and then later on eventually sell. The book talks about how they can buy cheaper than they can rent or live on post. They can use their BAH which is tax free money and invest in homes and build their wealth. I want a fresh and modern design that target military families. The name of my company is 912|Living.
