I had a logo designed on freelancer recently. During the competition the guy who won posted a mock up of what the logo would look like, if it was made out of solid coloured shiny reflective letters on the wall of an office (see jpeg file 'example1'). I am very happy with the logo he designed, but i am hoping someone can add a shine effect to the lettering for a full colour version of the logo. Now I don't know exactly what I am looking for, my first ideas are (1) if there was a single light source to the right of the logo, and above it on the page, and actually above the surface of the page, shining down on it. (2) Those type of logos where the top half of the lettering is a lighter colour, as if it is reflecting a distant horizon. I want the finished file to be a proper vector file, so it can be printed any size, and also some hi-res digital images with it. Please Keep to the Original Colours of the logo. Also it is for an Electrical Engineering company so best if it ends up reasonably plain, not too extravagant. I have an AI file uploaded called 'eds1' i think that is adobe illustrator. Please do not change the aspect height width ratio of the logo. It is all about adding a shine. I love the size and shape of the logo the way it is.

Hi People. When your submitting the entries please send them as they would appear on a plain sheet of white paper, viewed straight on. Not as a mock up on a wall or embossed into a page. Please remember that the logo was perfect the way it was, colour, spacing, size. It is just to add a shine effect to the logo.
