For my newly-established enterprise, Mosaic Health Consulting, I'm searching for a skilled graphic designer to create an abstract logo.

Here's what I envision for the project:
- The logo should embody elements of an abstract, colorful mosaic, reflecting the essence of my business' mission: to connect people and ideas for achieving impactful results.
- The color palette should lean towards cool shades like blues, greens, and purples.
- I specifically request the inclusion of a mosaic pattern in the design. This is an integral aspect to communicate the nature of services my company offers.

Thanks for your submissions so far - you are helping me to clarify what I really like.
Based on what I am seeing, the important things to me are;
- a mosaic in the letters, particularly the O looks great
- I want the mosaic to be like a pattern of irregular broken tile pieces brought together
- I like a colorful mosaic
- I wonder whether the text could be a blue or complementary dark color
- I don't need another M in front of or beside the word mosaic
- I am curious about whether there is any way of conveying the purpose of this business - connecting together divergent people and ideas for a meaningful outcome

Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in graphic design, particularly in logo creation.
- Ability to translate business ethos into visual design.
- Proficiency in using design software.
- Strong understanding of color psychology in branding.

  thanks, the Mosaic is interesting but very angular and the heart is too cliche - I am interested in a mosaic that is more irregular and is within some of the letters of Mosaic
