o Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is approved and available such that all accounting and financial transactions may pass internal, external and governmental audits o Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs o Oversee the production of monthly reports including reconciliations as well as financial statements and cash flow projections o Oversee Monthly production costing reports and advise to control wastages and other costs to ensure minimum per unit production cost o Oversee Imports purchases, documentations and costing o Oversee leasing and insurance matters of the company o Oversee taxation, corporate and other legal matters of the company o Participate in developing new business, specifically: assist the CEO in identifying new funding opportunities, the drafting of prospective programmatic budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery o Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's overall business targets o Assess the benefits of all prospective contracts and advise the Executive Team for smooth execution and implementation matters
