I am an Architectural Technologist with over 15 years of experience in the field of design and drafting of architectural plans for residential and commercial building, both single and multistory structures. Part of my long years of working was the added skill of drafting of structural detailing such as; foundation, slab, column and beam and staircase reinforcement. I worked in other fields including mechanical steel production and assembly drawings and I can also handle cost estimation of mentioned projects as well as 3d modelling.

The Project done by time. best communication I had and one of the best jobs I got with low budget. I definitely recommend working with Mundhir and I will hope have more work in future with him.

Worked as a senior designer then later promoted to department manager in a fabrication department which specialized in conversion of Shipping containers into various functional units such as accommodation, offices, mess and kitchen, labs, specialized workshops and entertainment and recreational units. I was in charge of client correspondence, design and estimation of cost of production of containerized units and as well as supervision of production process to completion and commissioning.
