My company has a set of public web services exposed as REST and SOAP (9 APIs/Operations) . We have a customer who's application is written in PHP but don't have any PHP developers. We need to provide this customer a simple client library that they can drop into their PHP app that will consume and interface our public web services. The APIs are well defined and documented. We would like a single PHP client library that can be used by our PHP customer's to leverage both the REST and SOAP interfaces using PHP objects. Preferably using the cURL PHP library. Library should have global configurations to set API keys and API settings such as whether to use the REST or SOAP interfaces and if REST, if to use XML or JSON as the data object.
