Good morning,

I am having trouble with my recently built website www.theitsa.com.

I am receiving payments through PayPal and Realex but I'm only receiving "Order Cancelled" on most of the orders, but the odd one is going through and being completed. Please see attached.

I have spoken to PayPal and they think this is a WooCommerce problem.

Please advise accordingly.
