Mailchimp for Wordpress Problem: Oops. Something went wrong.

We have just integrate Mailchimp on in Wordpress using "Mailchimp For Wordpress" + "MailChimp for WordPress - Top Bar " plugins.
However they do not think to work - be in wync with Mailchinp.
When we type email in Top Bar or complete subscription form we get this error: "Oops. Something went wrong"

I have proven skill on Mailchimp, PHP, MySQL, WordPress etc. So it think i'm not the good but i'm one the best fit for this particular project.
