Foundation Tabs JS Fix

I am having issues with foundation tabs. Whenever I add <script>jQuery(document).foundation();</script> my browser freezes.

The same page without the tabs loads just fine:

With less items loaded it seems to be fine. But in the developer tools of Firefox i still see the same errors. [login to view URL]
I have remove already tried to remove all the <script>jQuery(document).foundation();</script> and just add one to the footer of the page but than the tabs are not working.
