DISQUS for AMP Wordpress

I have a wordpress site that needs DISQUS comment system included into the AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages)
I tried to implement them myself using the following instructions:

The issue I had was that the same comment would display on all the post articles. I need someone to include the DISQUS comment system inside of my post articles.
If you don't know what Google AMP pages are, please don't apply for the job.
