Parse confirmation emails

I'm seeking a program that will parse certain confirmation emails I receive and post the results on a site online.
Attached is the full headers for a sample email like all those I want parsed.
1. I'd like the following information from it:
Post ID #
Post Title
Date/Time confirmed email received
Email address confirmation email was forwarded from
a. My #1 preference is that a script be written I can host with my host [url removed, login to view] that does this. However I don't know how easy this is. If it is expensive and difficult (not within my budget) I'm open to other options
b. My #2 preference is that I have a program on my desktop which the emails download to (via POP or whatever) which also parses them
c. My #3 preference is that I download the emails via Thunderbird or Outlook and you write a script within one of these clients, that parses. However, I envision this as clunky and not ideal.
2. I'd like the parsed data inserted in a row for each email parsed, within a table.
a. My #1 preference is that this is then automatically posted/updated in a table online
b. My #2 preference is to have this posted on a public google spreadsheet.
3. I'd also like the script/program to perform a periodic search online (every 30 minutes or whatever) for that posting ID, and add to the table the following two fields for each row:
Field1: Date/Time first found
Field2: Date/Time no longer found
