Hi we run a succesful real estate business in spain. Please visit [url removed, login to view] to view the site we are looking to have work done on.

We need to implement a professional looking but very simple to use and maintain forum with chatroom and a simple backend database where clients can upload some photos of their properties that they are looking to rent and then they will be stored in a database that can then be searched by other users looking for rental property.

I am aware of all the freebie forum software available but this is outside my skill set and my own IT guys are snowed under. For someone who knows what they're doing this should be very straightforward.
