We're currently looking for a partner in a web development and services firm. The firm, xLabor, serves both the online adult and mainstream industries and offers primarily premium blog themes, "grunt" labor and custom design. xLabor has been in business for two years.
This position requires a significant amount of time and work. You will be responsible for handling clients and new orders through our custom back-end area, managing several designers and programmers on new projects, and above all, bringing in new orders and clients and building the company.
As this is a primarily management and marketing position, only basic technical skills are absolutely required but the below skills are certainly a plus for applicants:
- Experience with blogs using the WordPress software
- Working knowledge of the online adult industry
An ideal candidate will be a driven individual with strong marketing skills and a genuine desire to dramatically build the company using your skills and the resources we provide to you. This is not an entry-level position.
This position is a partnership. The partner will be paid a percentage of net earnings of the company, along with bonuses and other financial perks depending on your attribution to the growth of the company.
