Need 1 permanent PR7 or 3 permanent PR6 backlinks

Hi,

I need PR6, PR7 or PR8 backlinks for an Attorney website. Please PM with price per link and quantity of PR7 and PR8 links.

Rules:

- I am not interested in any other of your SEO services and will ignore those requests

- I am only interested in one way permanent PR6, PR7 and PR8 DOFOLLOW links

- Do-FOLLOW LINKS from the following TLDs only:

.edu

.gov

.com

.org

- One way DOFOLLOW non-reciprocal, static links only, English language-based, no link exchanges.

- All links must be permanent. No rented links.

- No sites banned by Google. No black hat, grey hat or shady tactics.

- Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache. Page must be indexed monthly or more by Google

- Must be manually submitted.

- Prefer that the link pages are content related and must be permanent

- Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses.

- No blacklisted or spam sites.

- Links must contain our target anchor text and link to index page

- All links must be indexable by googlebot, NO rel="nofollow" !!! MUST BE DOFOLLOW, [url removed, login to view] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc.

- Links must be on a page with a Google PR of PR6, PR7, or PR8 , not just a PR6, PR7 or PR8 main site.

- One link per domain, all from different class C IP ranges (different class-c IP address block).

- Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted.

- Links must be from English websites only.

- Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.

- English websites only. All links should be from sites located in United States,Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand.

- I reserve the right to reject any links if deemed inappropriate.

- You agree to replace any links which are removed within the 6 months of the project.

- No sites banned by Google or sites (under Construction).

- Payment through Paypal AFTER we have verified the links are live and they meet above requirement

- We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms

- Links should contain the target keyword/keyword phrase as text in the link anchor text hyperlink in combination with the link description.

- Links must be in text, no graphics

- Links cannot be from framed pages, Links cannot be through a JavaScript, Links cannot be through a redirect script, Links cannot be on Flash sites or pages, Links cannot include a rel=nofollow tag

– Excel spreadsheet including the following columns and link data:

– Date link submitted

– Date link accepted

– Link URL (the URL of where our link is located)

– Google page rank of the link URL

– Alexa rank of the link URL

– Keyword the site is associated with

– Anchor Text

- Number of outbound links from page the link will be added to

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Verification of the URL, PR, IP Address, Category, and Anchor Text of the links will be done prior to releasing the funds (you must provide us with an Excel sheet as outlined above).

We will require any links that do not meet ALL of the listed conditions above to be removed or replaced. (Any links that drop off over the the next twelve months will need to be replaced with equivalent PR links).
