Basic but must be SHARP! No 2nd rate crap. Web design and set up to be live to air:

* Min 5 pages

* To be able to collect/capture visitors details for future mailing list.

* To allow visitors to send me an email from the site

* To allow for VERy quick load up (no more than 10 seconds to start)

* To have a place for photos that I can load and change when ever I [url removed, login to view] you to load them initially.

* To allow for (now or future) a small video so will need to set up button for visitors to hit.

* SEO ?? If its not much more to do this I will. If its expensive, forget it.

MUST be a "sharp" looking site.
