Looking for an ongoing freelancer to help cut and make templates from PSD file.
We would provide PSD template - we would require back html & css files, using CS6 fluid layout (so it works on desktop, tablet & mobile device).
We do not need the whole website, just a welcome and sub page template.
If the price is right - we could supply quite a few of these project per month, so lots of ongoing work. So please price accordingly.

We are very interested in getting regular help in CSS coding to save us time. Couple of points to clarify: We only need a template (Welcome page and a sub page layout), not a whole site. We will get it working with our CMS.
If we can find the right freelancer we will be able to supply 4-10 of these jobs per month, so lots of ongoing work.
STAGES / MILESTONES:
1/ Grid Structure & responsive setup
2/ DIV structure set so can test
3/ Navigation & active elements and test
3/ Images elements inplace and test
4/ Test / live
Most of our designs are based on a similar setup, so we want to develop a easy to use CSS structure, so future templates will be based on this responsive style and CSS so it is easier and quicker.
IMAGES:
I have uploaded some JPGs of the Grid layout and DIVs that we are looking for. Rarebreed-RWD001-divs.jpg & Rarebreed-RWD001-grids.jpg - These will help give you and idea of what we want in stage 1 and 2.
We will get the design added to this new layout - I have uploaded a sample (Rarebreed-RWD001-example_design.jpg) we will get this finished in the next day or two. We can then supply a PSD with all the layers, guides & design in place.
Rarebreed-RWD001-design.jpg - is the kind of design we are looking for. This needs updating, but gives you an idea.
