What we are looking for is a website developer that can create a website with both a front end and a back end. The front end will allow customers to login to the website and post/track/edit properties to be appraised. The back end will be the administration to the website. Must be able to adjust login permissions. Need to track appraisals based on time, ect. Also need the site to email notifications to users.
Would like a design similar to the freelancer website.
