10 Second Video Animation

Hi,
I want to add a small 10 second 'Match Stick Man' animation to the start of my video. I have sketched (attached) out what i need, and i've included notes below:
FIRST 5 SECONDS
- MSM standing beside a financial chart and looking over at it worried... as coins slowly drop down on his head and roll over onto the chart and disappear
- financial chart line doesn't really increase and the lines go up and down in small increments
SECOND 5 SECONDS
- MSM spins around, and coins start dropping much faster on his head and the financial chart line starts growing
NOTES
- we need all of this to happen in 10 seconds (please see attached sketch)
- please ONLY bid if you can show examples of this... otherwise i will ban you from bidding again and you will be reported

- we are looking for a long term relationship with an animation specialist so PLEASE bid sensibly as we will give a lot of work to the right person
