Draw/Animate 95 minute Low Budget Film

Looking for quotes to draw and animate a very low budget 95 minute Film. Would have about 7 different unique characters and some groups of characters. Would need to be delivered in a format that I can easily add sound too. I can provide a preliminary voice track and some storyboarding. Film is a comedy based around the sport of disc golf. If you are located near Delaware that is a plus to be able to meet in person on occasion. Prelimary paid meeting to discuss will be required and there is no guarantee that project will go through to completion based on funding so payment will be based on hourly fee and any work completed during those times will need to be submitted to me and owned by me. Credit will be given to animator in the rolling credits of the film. There will be no royalty payment if film has income; however, if film earns over $20000 after expenses then animator will earn 5%.
