Must be able to provide us with 3ds max working files.
Please read attached brief thoroughly.
We need the provided building meshes cleaned up and all unnecessary polys, loops and vertices removed for use in UE4. We also need material ids applied and lightmaps for both buildings.
If all goes well we will have much more work for you.
