Create an Animation

Hi there

i am looking for someone to create an animation for a heating company. During our website design we realized there is a need for a video, however this is not something we had originally budgeted and why we are looking for a really good offer. i have put together a basic skeleton for the video and have already recorded a voice over. see attached documents. The VO will need to be re-recorded once the animation is done so it flows nicely and the animation and the tone of the VO will need to be more relaxed. creator will have to add the new VO in second draft. i have also had a logo into created which needs to be added at the start of the animation this is also attached. Kindly let me know if you need any further information. Please note our budget is £35
