we need an animation film that describes a new service that we're launching. I will provide a storyboard guideline. A few points:
- We'll need you first to develop a storyboard with the elements and characters based on the guidelines provided.
- We'll need to approve the look and feel of the elements and the overall film.
- The full film will be from 60 to 90 seconds.
- We'll need you to do a VO recording in english. The accent should be a neutral.
