Basic CAD program based on 4 templates of steel verandah structures, which creates colour coded builders elevations and a bill of materials for orderi

We are a steel patio building company (verandah/ pergola to those outside Aus). We need to develop a simple CAD program that will produce builders plan and elevations, with colour coded materials that are then built into an order pad.

We only build 4 styles of patio, but materials are minimal for all.

If there is a possibility of a 3D rendered image available, that would be a bonus.

Attached docs show a competitors (shed) drawing and a hand drawn plan and elevation we are currently using. Also is an order form.
