Customer Experience Platform

We wish to develop a customer experience platform for the following industries :

1- Retail & Distribution

2- Hospitality

3- Restaurants

Development will not be from scratch, we must utilize and leverage application templates, open source, integrations,...

and then integrate these platforms and services into a unique interface

phases of the project:

1- Design and develop the front end part using React JS

2- incremental integration and/or development of :

A- Social Wifi

B- Mobile Apps

C- iBeacons , location tracking, proximity technology

D- Loyalty & membership

E- Ad management

F- Marketing Automation (ex: Mautic)

4- multi tenancy & Multilingual
