OpenVPN setup on our dedicated server

Hello Folks,

We currently have a VPN working on our server providing clients with a PPTP VPN connection. I want to run OpenVPN alongside the existing VPN - it would be an alternative to those struggling to connect to the existing VPN... As the existing VPN is live it is a must that this VPN is not affected by the OpenVPN install. I would be, initially, manually creating user accounts for OpenVPN as and when needed and would need to know how this is done.

The server we have is dedicated, with Windows Server 2008 R2.

If this is something you know you can implement please bid - We are looking for extremely quick turnaround time - within 2-3 days maximum - if this cannot be achieved, please do not bid. Only serious bidders please.
