Social Media/Facebook Expert Wanted

We are a fairly new brand but are already distributed in 26 countries. We have a website and country sites around the world. We have a facebook page with nearly 5000 fans acquired in about 3 months.
The issue - we don't know enough about how facebook works and social marketing in general to leverage the fans we have. We want someone who is a bonafide expert in the in's and out of facebook and social media to help us understand how to best utilize facebook and assist in building and executing a plan that will allow us to engage our fans, influence them, get them more involved with the brand, keep them engaged and turn them into customer and brand ambassadors.
If the intitial Step-1 project Facebook Fan response is positive this would lead to more work and more projects.
