Need someone to start my eccommerce site

I have done little web design in the past. I built a site for my trophy/awards business years ago and kept up with it. But it was more of a catalog, than a store. I didn't have a shopping cart, and it wasn't optimized for people to find me on good. I would just have my site printed on my business cards, invoices, etc for my current customers to browse products, prices...

The site was 100% HTML and worked fine for what I was doing. I started off using Frontpage, and eventually migrated to Dreamweaver. Because I know NO CODE, I would use the design view. Basically what I did was purchase a ready made template and go through and change images, text, etc to my liking. Again, I realize probably not best solution, but it worked for me.

Well I have since sold my business and got a job working for a bigger company. But I continue to do a few trophy/awards things on the side.

I'd like to start up another website, but this time a little more professional with a shopping cart and optimized for google searches, etc.

I did alot of looking around and cannot seem to find any good solutions for a drag/drop ecommerce web builder. I tinkered with Magento, OScommerce, etc.. but all seem to be a big learning curve. So here is my thoughts:

Purchase another template online. This time, get one that looks like a ecommerce type site thats ready made for shopping cart, etc. But I would still like to have it be all HTML, that way I can keep up with it using Dreamweaver design view. As far as the shopping cart goes, Im willing to use paypal, americart, or whatever I have to do to make it work on HTML pages.

That being said, I did purchase one template today and started messing around with it. But Im already getting frustrated, and can tell Im going to need some help. So, here is what Im wanting:

1. someone to basically customize 3 pages of my site for me. (home page, category page, product page). Using this template I already purchased. Basically just need you to change text, images, etc around to "MY STUFF". After initial home page and product page is complete, Ill just change images, prices, text, etc for remaining products/pages on my own.

2. Help me implement some sort of shopping cart to my website and help teach me how to use it for the remaining of my site/products.
