Objective:
The objective of this project is to create comprehensive specifications and requirements for a website to be developed for a money transfer business that will allow online money transfer and money transfer through employees and authorized agents. The specifications will outline the purpose, goals, content, design, functionality, convenience, browser support, web hosting, constant maintenance, support, assumptions made, milestones, deadlines, and set budget for the project.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work for this project includes:
1. Understanding Website Requirements: Thoroughly review and understand the website requirements provided in a separate document, ensuring a clear understanding of the desired features, functionalities, and overall objectives of the money transfer business.
2. Research on Competitors: Conduct comprehensive research on other money transfer businesses and their websites to identify industry best practices. Analyze their approaches to user experience, security measures, and data privacy to gather insights that can be applied to the development of the website.
3. Security Requirements: Identify and incorporate robust security measures into the website specifications.
