We have a business of buying and selling livestock. The cycle of buying and selling the animals is averaging 2 weeks. We would like build powerful and easy to use costing system. The user of the system will be from the labor level through the accountant to the CEO. Giving this small background, we would like the system to be with the following features:
1- Easy and friendly to use by anyone (including illiterate labors for some data entry function)
2- It creates formal financial statements.
3- It allocates all the incurred cost smoothly to the animals
4- It creates reports and export the as PDF, Excel Files.
5- Support RTL Layout and Multi languages.
6- Responsible layout
Application Tasks:
1- Add one or more new animals and specify their details.
2- Cost center is the section that let me enter Fixed Costs that will be Distributed for all animals groups automatically after insert it or Additional cost that allow to me to add other costs and let me to specify groups that Consumed this cost.
3- Insert dead and sold Animal with calculate its cost that I pay form adding date to dead or selling date.
4- Add new Feed items and specific there quantity
5- Let me Insert Damaged and Distributed Feed and report it. And specify the reason if damage or the animal group that Distributed it.
6- Add users and specify there permissions and make log for their process.
7- Insert customers who buying.
