I need to generate Real Estate Listing leads. I am thinking this might be possible through Social media(twitter, facebook etc.) Also I would like to be able to go to the public record and pull owners of property. That they have owned for a predetermined time period. They may be interested in selling. I am open to any other ways to generate leads. These leads should be put into a google spread sheet. I will need to have name/ property address/ Alt address if it is a absent owner/ Phone number/cell number email address in the spread sheet. I am open to all any ideas.
