Use Keyword & Hashtag search
Reply, Like, Retweet to the people found in the search
For Replies use a reply from a pre-made list of replies.
Set limits on number of replys sent an hour (or day)
Use of multiple accounts.
Set limit to only reply, like, retweet to an account 1 time. No duplicates.
Record statics on the amount of replies, likes, retweets.
Must have made successful apps similar to job, and must have a way to verify you are qualified to create the app.
