wordpress site form integration to upload data

I have 2 wordpress sites and I need to give users the opportunity to upload their informations, like listings about activities and accommodations. I want it to be personalized, with the data I need to collect. I work with divi (ideal) and also with Listable template.
It's important that the users submit the info and that the listings are showed the way I want on the website. I also need to have the possibility to change the css and customize the design. I already have someone working on the database, so that part should just be connected with the db I'm organizing, same for login. It's important that the infos are not sotred all in one only form but step by step while completing in order to make it easy and nice to fill in (save step by step).
I need it as quickly as possible.
So 1) create the forms to insert the info -> and make them work in order to save step by step through login.
2) output of these data on the wp sites with possibility to customize design by me.
3) connect login data and to an existing main database
