what Loop form Database

hi, i have 1000 record form mysql database, i want to make page break after 40 data and have to show footer when 40 data is left continue like this. after 40 data i want to print company name and will continue next 40 data and want to show continue like this until finish 1000 record. just like pdf report. in only php page no pdf.
put this in header i can start now.
