Update Website with New Images and Content

Hello, I have new websites needing to be completed each week. They start with a base structure and content. The content and images need to be changed. For content, you will need to be able to think logically and have good writing skills. All topics are the same, but they each need their own spin to ensure that it is unique to the website being setup. Images need to be sourced from google based on geographic area and sized/optimized for website viewing.
Basic knowledge of PHP and Javascript a plus. For the right person, set weekly rate would be best. Thanks
