Update a website using word Press

I have a word press website, and I suck at it to put it bluntly. My web guy is no longer in business, I need the following.
4-5 pictures taken down and replaced with 4-5 new ones on the front page slide
one additional page with a facebook link. We do have a facebook page on the main page, looking for an additional feed on this new page for a separate project. This button needs to be titled "Raffle Truck"

On the front page, where the pictures scroll through, you'll see a slide with a bunch of logo's and it says back for 2017, it needs to read 2018
For the additional page added, it needs a tab on the front page
because this is an annual show, small additions such as logo's to be added, updates on appearances, etc. will pop up between now and the show in March.

I do know enough to be dangerous where I can possibly write my own descriptions once the new page is into place.
